WAHOO! KIDS Spring 2019


We train kids to find joy in the sport of running. We teach them proper running form, breathing techniques, pacing strategies, and provide a weekly training schedule for their running. The kids will run a one-mile timed race at the end of the session. WAHOO!


WAHOO! Running coaches run with your kids while you stay and enjoy some fitness time of your own.

We will train kids to run our WAHOO! Mile at the OU Grass Track.
