- Prepare yourself mentally and be ready to work. Your plan will be based on your fitness level, your goals, your lifestyle.

This box will be filled with supplies to inspire you and most importantly keep you healthy during the training process. The before and after segments of your run are equally important as the run itself. We hope these kits will motivate you to take care of yourself!
Hire a Nutrition Coach
Your Race Specific Plan includes:
- A comprehensive nutrition assessment
- Food intake analysis
- Weekly check-in with Lisa via email, a registered dietitian
- Written plans for pre-race fueling, race fueling, recovery foods, hydration and more.
- The plans will be practiced, and fine tuned weekly to prepare for race day.

- Chat with your coach to clarify and establish goals
- Written Race Day Nutrition Plan to be practiced during training runs
