We used to sell training plans based on 12-week or 16-week training periods, but we have come to realize it’s difficult to really impact an athlete’s fitness in such a short period of time. As a result, we ask for a minimum 6-month commitment from our athletes. This gives us more time to set goals and work towards these goals. We want our coaching relationships to be more than a training plan, we want them to be a relationship. If this sounds good to you, and you are willing to do the work, then let’s do this!

What do you do now?

  2. Download and complete the WAHOO! RUNNING Athlete Questionnaire (Be truthful! Your answers should reflect the athlete you currently are not the athlete you want to be.)
  3. Accept our VDOT02 coaching invitation
  4. Chat with your coach to clarify goals.
  5. Prepare yourself mentally and be ready to work. Your plan will be based on your fitness level, your goals, your lifestyle.

This box will be filled with supplies to inspire you and most importantly keep you healthy during the training process.
